Fun & Goodies Galore - Chinese New Year at Kildare Village

Chinese New Year is always such a fun distraction from the gloom of January, full of colour, amazing dragon dancing and fascinating history, it’s a real family occasion and designer mecca Kildare Village has become synonymous with the event in recent years.
The fashion hub has once again thrown its weight behind the celebrations and has come up trumps with some must-see festivities happening this weekend to celebrate the mighty year of the dragon!
Expect to see uber colourful decorations on the pedestrian streets of the Village complete with a number of beautiful traditional and contemporary entertainment acts such as vibrant Lion and Dragon Dance displays and Chinese opera performers. Plus we hear Fortune cookies will be distributed in the chic boutiques, restaurants and the tourist information centre from Friday 27th until Sunday 29th January. Everybody who enters can pick up a Kildare Village VIP card offering an extra 10% off purchases and are given another chance to win a €500 shopping spree! Nice!
