Anti Aging Molecule Marvel? - Say Hello to Avons A-F33

Avon’s ANEW Clinical Pro Line Corrector Treatment with A-F33 is making big waves in the world of anti-aging skincare ladies. The brand are saying it’s the biggest innovation in skincare since the discovery of AHA’s and what’s more its been created with the help of Nobel prize winning research in partnership with Neostrata… yep it sounds pretty big alright.

Set to be unleashed in September, all the hoo-ha is apparently down to the discovery of a powerful new molecule called A-F33… yes it does sound like a fighter jet alright, but according to the Avon boffins, this little molecule works unlike others such as retinol and Q10. Its genius, they say, lies in its ability to deactivate critical collagen blocking in skin cells while it also helps to unleash untapped collagen.

On the surface it sounds mega. And the results do sound impressive. According to Avon, over time 100% of women showed a reduction in fine lines and 100% of participants showed in improvement in fine wrinkles after 11 weeks… but, and there’s always a but, the fine print tell us the results were based on a dermatologist supervised clinical study after 11 weeks… sounds fine, right? But there was only 69 women in the survey… not a tiny number, but not massively representative for such big claims…
