Payments 
The Boutique at Beautycouture.ie accepts all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Laser, Visa Debit, Mastercard Debit, American Express), cheque, Paypal and postal orders. We are proud to support Irish business and that's why we use Realex Payment Processing which uses the latest fraud prevention and security accreditation through their secure server, so you can be assured your transaction is totally safe and secure. If you wish to pay by cheque or postal order, please email us and we’ll process your order. 

 

Delivery Info 

The Boutique at Beautycouture.ie delivers to Ireland, the UK, Europe and the rest of the world using An Post. As such, all deliveries will be made by post during working hours 9:00am – 5:30am Monday to Friday (excluding public and bank holidays). All items will be dispatched within 48 hours of receipt of order (Monday - Friday).


All of our jewellery items are packaged in beautiful pink organza bags free of charge. We also offer the choice of having a gorgeous pink gift box for that special occasion. Please choose the gift wrap option from the payment drop down box when ordering your item. Please note gift boxes are only for jewellery, while we offer lovely giftwrap on all other items such as bags and shoes. Again choose Giftwrap on checkout. 

 

 

Postal Charges - We charge a flat delivery fee, which means you pay the same whether your order 1 or 100 items - so the more you buy the more you save!


Ireland Standard Post - Delivery usually takes 2-4 working days. €2.70
Ireland Standard Post + Gift wrap- Delivery usually takes 2-4 working days €5.00
Ireland Express Post. Delivery is next working day (Monday-Thursday) orders must be placed before 12noon. Orders placed after 12noon will take an additional working day to be delivered. €7.00
Ireland Express Post + Gift wrap- Delivery is next working day (Monday-Thursday) orders must be placed before 12noon. Orders placed after 12noon will take an additional working day to be delivered €9.00

United Kingdom
Standard Delivery. Delivery can take up 2 - 5 working days. €8
Standard Delivery plus Gift wrap- Delivery can take up 2 - 5 working days. €10

Returns 

We hope you will love and adore your purchase from The Boutique at Beautycouture.ie, but if for any reason you wish to return an item, please follow the steps below. Please note due to hygiene reasons earrings and hair acessories cannot be returned.

 

Change of mind

We offer a 14 day return/refund on all of our products (excluding sale items). This means a product exchange or refund if the item is returned in an unused, unworn, original condition and packaging, within 14 days of the order being sent. Sale items must be returned within 7 days of the order being sent and we offer an exchange only.

Before you return an item, please email us with your original order number to obtain an order query form.  Once you've been given the order query form, fill it in and send it back to us, quoting the new number. Please note we cannot process your request if you have not emailed us first and obtained your order query form. If you send back an item without following the steps outlined here, we cannot process your refund or exchange. All exchange/refunds must be made by email.

You may only exchange items of the same value (this includes current sale prices) and you may only make an exchange on the same item once.  If you choose a refund, the item-cost will be refunded minus the delivery charge. Please allow up to 6 weeks for the refund to go through.

All items should be returned to – Beautycouture.ie, The Chambers, 1 Moorefield, Church Road, Killiney, Co. Dublin. Please make sure to send back your order query form with the item, as we cannot process your request without it and ensure the item is sent in a secure fashion so as to avoid damage, as we cannot offer an exchange/refund on non-faulty items which are damaged from delivery. We would advise you to obtain proof of postage, as we cannot be held responsible for items which go missing or do not arrive. We will send you an email to confirm receipt goods.

If your item is faulty, please follow the steps for change of mind, outlining the fault.
