We're 100% Irish and independent! Our store can be accessed from the main menu which you see at the top of the beautycouture.ie home page. We accept all major credit cards, including laser, we also take paypal and even cheques/postal orders.

Acceptable Use of the Site
Beautycouture.ie will not tolerate any use of the Site which damages or is likely to damage our reputation, the availability or integrity of the Site or which causes us or threatens to cause us to incur any legal, tax, regulatory or other liability. We therefore request you to treat our Site with respect, and not to use it for any illegal purpose, or in such a way as to infringe or breach other’s rights or to cause or threaten to cause us damage. We also ask you to comply with any relevant notices, policies and terms imposed by third parties whose website, products or services you access through the Site.

We are committed to protecting your privacy and security. All personal data that we collect from you will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. You should review our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by this reference.

By posting any content on the Site, you are granting beautycouture.ie  a perpetual, worldwide, royalty–free license to publish such content on the Site.  You waive any moral rights you may otherwise have in respect of such content.  Beautycouture.ie does not screen communications in advance and is not responsible for screening or monitoring material posted by you.We have the right to remove any material or posting you make on our Site if, in our opinion, such material does not comply with our website content standards.  We also have the right to disclose your identity to any third party who is claiming that any material posted or uploaded by you to the Site constitutes a violation of their intellectual property rights, or of their right to privacy.

Competitions on Beautycouture.ie
Our decision is final and we will not enter into correspondence regarding that decision. Prizes are non-transferable, no cash alternative is available and prizes will only be awarded to the winner.

If, due to circumstances beyond our control, a prize becomes unavailable beautycouture.ie and/or the promoter(s) reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal value. Where a prize is to be provided by a third party, beautycouture.ie accept no responsibility whatsoever for the supply or non-supply or purported supply or delay in supply of the prize, including without limitation, the failure of the winner to receive ownership of or use the prize. Where appropriate, prize winners are required to complete all applicable booking and/or other formalities directly with the specified third party provider(s).

Beautycouture.ie and/ or the promoter(s) will endeavour to deliver all prizes within 28 days of winning. Where this is not possible the winner(s) will be notified of a delay.

Beautycouture.ie reserves the right to change prize details without notice and all prizes, including holiday travel dates, are subject to availability. Beautycouture.ie reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend a competition and / or change competition rules at any time without prior notice.

With regard to Facebook competitions, we will require proof of ID and reserve the right to disqualify anyone who has been deemed to be cheating by any means including using fradulent accounts to enter.

Beautycouture.ie does not accept any responsibility whatsoever for any death, injury or other damage, loss, expense or liability arising as a result of taking a prize. Nor will beautycouture.ie have any liability or responsibility for any claim arising in connection with participation in any beautycouture.ie competition or any of the prizes rewarded.

Disclaimers of Warranties
Beautycouture.ie take steps to ensure that all information we provide on this Site about our software and services is correct and complete at the time of the last update to the relevant page but we do not warrant it will be correct and complete.

Use of this Site is free and we take steps to ensure it is available to all permitted users. We do not warrant that the Site will be continuously available, or that your use of the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that the Site and server will be free from attack.

Your details are safe with us as we don’t pass on your information to third parties. However, if you are the winner of a competition on Beautycouture.ie then we will pass on your preferred delivery address for prize delivery reasons only. We will never pass on your details to third parties for any kind of marketing purpose.

Payments
The Boutique at Beautycouture.ie accepts all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Laser, Visa Debit, Mastercard Debit, American Express), cheque, Paypal and postal orders. We are proud to support Irish business and that's why we use Realex Payment Processing which uses the latest fraud prevention and security accreditation through their secure server, so you can be assured your transaction is totally safe and secure. If you wish to pay by cheque or postal order, please email us and we’ll process your order.



Delivery Info
The Boutique at Beautycouture.ie delivers to Ireland, the UK, Europe and the rest of the world using An Post. As such, all deliveries will be made by post during working hours 9:00am – 5:30am Monday to Friday (excluding public and bank holidays). All items will be dispatched within 48 hours of receipt of order (Monday - Friday).

All of our jewellery items are packaged in beautiful pink organza bags free of charge. We also offer the choice of having a gorgeous pink gift box for that special occasion. Please choose the gift box option from the payment drop down box when ordering your item. Please note gift boxes are only for jewellery.
Postal Charges - We charge a flat delivery fee, which means you pay the same whether your order 1 or 100 items - so the more you buy the more you save!

Ireland Express Post. Delivery is next working day (Monday-Thursday) orders must be placed before 12noon. Orders placed after 12noon will take an additional working day to be delivered. €7.00

Returns
We hope you will love and adore your purchase from The Boutique at Beautycouture.ie, but if for any reason you wish to return an item, please follow the steps below. Please note due to hygiene reasons earrings and hair acessories cannot be returned.

 
Change of mind
We offer a 14 day return/refund on all of our products (excluding sale items). This means a product exchange or refund if the item is returned in an unused, unworn, original condition and packaging, within 14 days of the order being sent. Sale items must be returned within 7 days of the order being sent and we offer an exchange only.

Before you return an item, please email us with your original order number to obtain an order query number. Once you've been given the order query number, email us with your query, quoting the new number. Please note we cannot process your request if you have not emailed us first and obtained your order query number. If you send back an item without following the steps outlined here, we cannot process your refund or exchange.

You may only exchange items of the same value (this includes current sale prices) and you may only make an exchange on the same item once. If you choose a refund, the item-cost will be refunded minus the delivery charge. Please allow up to 6 weeks for the refund to go through.

All items should be returned to – Beautycouture.ie, The Chambers, 1 Moorefield, Church Road, Killiney, Co. Dublin. Please make sure to send back your receipt/delivery docket with your order query number, as we cannot process your request without it and ensure the item is sent in a secure fashion so as to avoid damage, as we cannot offer an exchange/refund on non faulty items which are damaged from delivery. We would advise you to obtain proof of postage, as we cannot be held responsible for items which go missing or do not arrive. We will send you an email to confirm receipt goods.
